Sales Director

 

About the role:

The Sales Director is responsible for bringing in new business and closing deals in order to reach the revenue growth objectives of the organization. 

The Sales Director will drive the development and execution of sales strategies and tactics. Duties include hitting annual targets, building relationships, and understanding the needs of our customers. 

This position involves managing a sales team, developing and implementing processes, creating sales collateral, and interfacing with prospective customers and clients throughout the sales process. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Hit or exceed annual sales targets
  • Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products or sales
  • Forecast future sales
  • Grow and upsell existing accounts
  • Build and lead a sales team
  • Develop and execute sales plans to hit targets 
  • Create, implement, and own sales strategy and pipeline
  • Work with marketing to ensure the development of proper sales collateral
  • Prepare deal overviews and contract summaries 
  • Understand customer needs, problems and wants
  • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization
  • Oversees the development of new reporting tools as needed
  • Representing the organization at conferences, expos, and other public events

 

Requirements:

  • 4 – 8 years of sales experience
  • Experience running and building a sales team
  • Proven ability to develop and initiate strategies for revenue and client growth
  • Build, maintain, and effectively manage a healthy sales pipeline

 

Logistics:

  • Full time position
  • Preferred onsite in Encino, Los Angeles, CA 
  • Open to remote hires
  • Remote hires must be willing to travel up to 60%

Sales Director

Our software engineers work closely with the customers to evaluate blockchain technology with the Whiteblock testing platform, providing insights and recommendations based on your analysis.

Software Engineer - Platform

Our platform engineers architect new services to test, analyze and visualize blockchain testing, as well as implement high throughput, scalable data pipelines and SaaS features for the users.

Front-end Engineer

We're looking for a front-end developers with an eye for detail and a passion for advanced analytics and insights.

We're looking for an experienced Devops engineer to develop automation and orchestration of Devops tools, monitor the platform’s security and health.

QA Engineer - Part-time

Our Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for implementing a strategy for quality coordination as well as running manual test series via command line to test new builds of the platform.
